Does the I.R. paid is inclusive of any recoveries? G.O.K. ( God only knows). KMLA feels the inconsistency and inaccuracy can be rectified as and when the final payment is ordered and paid.
Or was IR distributed like Prasadam in a temple? Some get more and some get less.
