Clarify if Pension payable for more than 10 years LIC service?

sekhar: Dear Sir, Good morning. Please clarify whether pro-rata pension is payable to those LIC employees who resign to join other Govt. posts after serving LIC for more than 10 years.(Technical Resignation).
