Point well taken

The point of Mr Subburathinam is well taken.
My reference to the mortality of the insured person
was made keeping in view the anxiety of the old
pensioners to receive upgraded pension and
arrears during their life time.

It is easier to determine the premium on the mortality
factor of human beings than on the uncertainty
factor of the Supreme Court verdict in my opinion.
Perhaps one has to approach underwriters like Lloyd’s
of London for that.I don't know whether any
insurer in India can provide such cover.
Greetings.
