LIC trying to save its skin

J.M. Aboobucker: LIC's email to GNS long after the 

expiry of 6 weeks time granted to it by SC has brought to 

light its malafide intentions not to honour the SC order 

and at the same time save its skin from the Contempt 

charges which may pounce upon it when the case is 

coming up for hearing in Sep 15. Mr Murty has rightly 

cautioned GNS NOT to fall a prey to the machinations of 

LIC. Wish wiser counsel will prevail with GNS before 

acting upon the email of LIC.
