"MR. SG SHARMA
UNLESS YOU KNOW THE LAW YOU CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE REASPN
I DID NOT WITHDRAW NOR COULD I DO SO. IT WAS THE MISTAKE OF THE
COURT THAT IT DISMISSED THE CCP, OTHERWISE IT HAD NO AUTHORITY
ALSO TO ALLOW WITHDRAWAL. IT COULD HAVE ALLOWED OR DISMISSED
BEFORE MAKING COMMENTS ON ANY ONE ONE MUST KNOW THE
REASONS. I HAVE ALREADY STATED BUT I AM NOT GOING TO REPEAT
IT EVERY DAY. I AM HAPPY THAT SUCH BRILLIANT PERSONS IN LAW
CAN MAKE SUCH COMMENTS. PL LET ME ALSO KNOW WHAT U HAVE DONE
SO FAR IN THIS MATTER EXCEPT WRITE BRILLIANT MOST COMMENTS
ON OTHERS. IT WAS ASTHANA AND ASTHANA ALONE WHO HAS BROUGHT
WITH ALLROUND SUCCESS SO THAT AFTER CONCEIVING. U DID NOT HAVE
THE COURAGE TO MAKE A REPRESENTATION EVEN WHAT TO SAY
OF SERVING NOTICE OF CONTEMPT. U R ONLY WAITING FOR MONEY
TP BE RECEIVED AND WHEN AND HAVE BECOME OR MADE BY OTHER
LEGAL DOCTORS TO DO SO. THANKS FOR THE COMMENTS.

KML ASTHANA"

We are very much vexed to come across old matters being repeated again and again even

after sane counsels from responsible leaders to bury the happenings of the past. Some times

some thing do occur beyond our imagination and knowledge. Sri. Asthana has explained his

position on that day more than once. Attempting to attribute motives at this peak of the hour

should be shed forth with to avoid allowing unnecessary misunderstanding and bickering

among our own selves. The need of the hour is our unified concentration on ongoing trials

and how best we could secure historical judgment in SC within one or two sittings. To err is

human and this applies even to super law experts. We will be happy if such frivolous

accusations do not recur again in any media.

With gratitude, Yours, M.P.Subrahmanian
