I have been anxiously visiting LICPC to find out whether there are any visible signs of moves to get clarification on the recent SC ruing on interim relief. I am only meeting the 3 Musketeers and no inkling of any plans from the case managers towards that. Have the case Managers accepted the SC Order and now observing MAUN VRAT as suggested in the cartoon .
The silence on the part of the case managers in this matter of urgently seeking clarification from the Bench to prevent LIC from monkeying with the amount of interim relief payable in terms of SC Order, is not easily understood by the pensioners and please let the anxious pensioners know your plans.
