​DA 0.10% per slab. HRA 10%, 9% and 7.5% ( only 3 areas ). Transport upto stage 15 Rs. 425

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Shri Chandra Prakash Yadav appears for respondent nos.1 and 2. Shri Amit Manohar has received instructions on behalf of respondent no.3. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at this stage without calling for a
counter affidavit. By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed
for direction commanding the respondent no.2 to proceed and decide the Industrial Dispute referred by the Central Labour Commissioner, New Delhi vide letter dated 9.2.2015 expeditiously as provided under the Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner precisely submits that the petitioner's Industrial Dispute referred by the Central Labour Commissioner, New Delhi vide letter dated 9.2.2015 may be decided expeditiously.

In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's Industrial Dispute referred by the Central Labour Commissioner, New Delhi vide letter dated 9.2.2015 in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him. It is also directed that no unnecessary adjournments will be sought by either of the parties.
