UNION OF INDIA PETITIONS NOT MAINTAINABLE ?

Dear Friends, 


  • Senior counsel for Jaipur argued before bench that four fresh SLPs filed by Union of India to oppose Upgradation are not maintainable. 
  • Bench ordered to hear arguments on principal case on 22nd April. 
  • So we get another adjournment today for 22nd April 2015. 
  • Let us continue to be hopeful
