I read Shri HK Aggarwl's post which stated that Sr Counsel Mr Gupta challenged  UoI's SLP's while 

from the S.C. Order posted a while ago
on LICPC it appears that the learned Counsel
challenged the maintainability of the LIC's appeals.

Will some legal luminary (other than the Case Managers) throw light on the correct interpretation of the Order?
