It is better to ignore those elements who cannot understand the realities.
Their unusual role (not ignorance) had come on the surface on 25.3.15 itself in the supreme court when, (as reported by Sh Sreenivasa Murty M & published in LICPC), instead of opposing the UOI SLPs, MR.SAVLA COUNSEL IN CHANDIGARH CASE INTERVENED OUT OF TURN AND REQUESTED THE BENCH TO LET GOVT IN, HEAR ITS APPEALS AND DECIDE THE MATTER, and CASE WAS ADJOURNED TO 8.4.14. Any way past is past and hope all will fall in line for the common cause.
And when the matter came up before the Bench on 8.4.15 it was only Mr. Nidesh Gupta Sr. Advocate (in Jaipur case) who had rightly and vehemently opposed the nefarious UOI SLPs at this belated stage; and now the case will be further heard on 22.4.15. We can now expect positive results in the very near future.
AIRIEF, you and your team of Sr. Advocate/Advocates deserve all the appreciation and respect from the pensioners fraternity for successfully carrying on the legal fight against the mighty institution and Government despite many odds.
