I have been receiving calls asking about the chances for the Arguments to commence tomorrow. As of now, it is a 'touch and go' situation, as we are at the fag end of the List. Tonight after 7.00 PM we get an updated List for tomorrow (a possible Supplementary List). It will give some better indication.
As I will be landing at 7.30 PM, I should be able to update you on that, if any, by about 7.45 PM.
As to what is going to happen tomorrow, any predictions are sheer guess work. Let us not indulge in our fertile imagination to run riot and confuse the community of Pensioners who expect the leaders to act with responsibility. Instead, let us prepare on how to handle any development, on the spot. For instance, if LIC seeks adjournment, we/our Counsel know how and on what basis to stoutly oppose any delaying tactics.
IN MY HUMBLE VIEW WHAT IS MOST CRITICAL IS THAT WE SHOULD NOT BE A DIVIDED HOUSE AND WE SHOULD NOT PASS THAT SIGNAL TO THE BENCH.
Everything else can be handled.
