Understanding arrived at to-day between UFBU and IBA

    An SMS received from Shri C.H.Venkatachalam, General Secretary, All India Bank Employees' Association reads as under.

"In to-day's talks, wage revision settled at 15% (Rs.4,725 crores) w.e.f. 1.11.2012. 2nd & 4th Saturdays will be holidays and other Saturdays will be full working days. Strike deferred. Detailed circular follows".
