Many agents commit the mistake of plainly telling "if you die, you wife will get the amount". This creates a sense of anger and even antipathy against insurance. There are very many tactful and suave agents who convey the same meaning in an entirely different manner: "In case your wife lives longer, the amount under the policy becomes payable to her." Imagination is really fertile.
There cannot be a story of success without appropriate code of conduct. Be a Data Bank and Think Tank, chalk out plan of action, have a check-list for all functions, a calendar of events and above all a sense of belonging and involvement and earn pride of profession. Keep your face to the sunshine and you cannot see the shadow.
