Allahabad Bank, was talking to me about this communication before he
sent it to me. He picked it up from Google archives. You would have
noticed that it is a 2009 communication and the
contents are not totally relevant today. As you are aware there are many
more developments in Reserve Bank with regard to pension up gradation
subsequently.
It may not be a good idea for us (or the LIC PC) to put this communication in circulation now leading to unnecessary confusion.
