Dear Editor,
Sri C H Mahadevan's succinct demolition of the 'ripple effect'
theory should set at naught any possible attempt, by any party

legitimately due to them). Likewise, cost constraints, brought
on to the stage ironically by the wrong parties under a glorified
term 'funded scheme' has already been exposed to be equally
hollow.
While we need to move on from the peripheral issues to the
real ones from now on, I welcome the ripple of effect of these
and similar topics that generated interesting discussion
among ourselves through the platform provided by the
Chronicle.
Let us keep ourselves well informed of what all is
happening and what more should happen to make it to
the D Day.
Will share my thoughts soon, even if I am repeating some.
