As expected and feared, we are not in the final hearing matters listed before Justice Dipak Misra's Bench on Wednesday the 10th Dec. The next day, Dec 11 will be no different.
The only way to get listed again (and be in top five or ten) is to make a fresh mention, following the due procedure viz, with Notice served on ALL the concerned Parties. Efforts in that direction are to be made in consultation with the Senior Advocate and after taking the advice of the Counsel appearing for both Jaipur & Chandigarh.
The planned meeting at Delhi on Saturday the 13th Dec is therefore crucial.
