The sum and substance of the analysis of Shri RB Kishore is that whatever
lobbying we do with Ministers, MPS, politicians and bureaucrats cannot
guarantee a positive response with the inherent scope for changing
perspectives with change of incumbents.
The bottom line is that judiciary alone can render justice albeit belated.
To my mind, common sense suggests that with the back ground of
the three appeals before the Supreme Court, neither can we expect
an outright dismissal of the appeal nor allowance of the appeals at the
first instance.
On RB KISHORE'S

the Indian Constitution esp Article 14 after hearing the verbal arguments of the various counsel and raising questions where necessary before arriving at a considered decision.
But at the same time what is required of the Pensioners' counsel is the
concerted and dexterous conduct of the case with skillful court craft to
facilitate the Apex Court to arrive at the correct judgment in favour of
the wronged pensioners.
Kind regards.
