Let's call it a day, thank you friends. WE WITHDRAW FROM THE SCENE.

We admit we have difference of opinions with Shri HK Aggarwal and we have conveyed such points to him whenever need arose. But it should be admitted that we got the idea of conducting a meeting from the words of Shri Aggarwal "Nice to read editor's positive and suggestive comments. Pensioners throughout the country do not appreciate.... (they) understand the present situation which calls for a mature handling, mutual trust and concerted efforts by all petitioners and their advocates." Shri KML Asthana said "he only wants to have a common meeting.... but has not come out so far "when and where".  I had already communicated my acceptance to meet at any place after Navratra, then where is the question of not agreeing."  He had repeated this saying that he is prepared to have a meeting at place to be suggested by AIRIEF GS or so.

2. When Shri Aggarwal said "concerted efforts by ALL PETITIONERS AND THEIR ADVOCATES" and Shri Asthana was also agreeable, then also we found that no meeting was taking place and nobody was coming forward, approaching others.... it was at this point, we decided that we should moot the idea of a joint meeting of all petitioners.  Whether the senior advocates could be a part of such a meeting or not was a question ? There was genuine apprehension that senior advocates may not take part in such meetings.  But nothing prevented us from going to the advocates and discussing the matter with them.

3. We were hopeful that all other parties could be brought to the discussion table once the participants got a feeling that there would be a proper atmosphere for such a discussion.  Shri GNS is a veteran trade union leader and has his own stand in matters. But we were hopeful he could be persuaded to attend the meeting.

4.  It is at this point we took the initiative.
We only wanted that a meeting should take
place if all the associations aspired to have
such a meeting. Agreeing to sit together was
important. Agreeing to have a proper atmosphere
conducive for discussion was also important.
Here the ultimate aim was to have a meeting,
nothing but a meeting.  All the participants
were destined to emerge victorious.

Then where was the question of having a THIRD PARTY ?
Where is the need for all these comments:-

"It is our matter it can be solved ourselves
we are all  having capacity to solve any matter ,
we have proved our selves in our service  time
In my opinion we do not want  any THIRD
PARTY 's  help
it is our matter ". (Angurajan).

This is our submission. You be the judge.
We withdraw from the scene.

Thanks.
