Let there be no more slip between the cup and the lip

Even after much water has flown under the bridge there seems to be no moratorium on the diatribe between differing groups much to the disappointment of the silent, aged and ailing pensioners who are living at the edge of their life and to them what matters most is the final and favorable verdict in the SC in their life time.

The sudden spurt of acrimony between two groups with regard to the contribution made by several petitioners in good faith for fighting the suit and the person having received it is being questioned how it was accounted, whether there was any siphoning of such fund into the personal bank account of the individual are not matters to be kept under the carpet and certainly need a probe but needs some restraint as the end result of our legal battle is closing in.

At this juncture any differences between us would only expose our disunity which could go to the appellant’s advantage. No doubt in any financial matter accountability is sacred and it cannot be brushed aside.

My humble request to the stake holders is to put their mind and soul together to face the SC bench on 12/13 NOV and in the meanwhile have interaction with their respective counsels.Let us not take anything for granted as we are fighting with limited resources a formidable opponent. Taking past judgments in several courts which went in our favor and the final victory is at sight let there be no more at this time a slip between the cup and the lip. All the earlier victories are in the cup. HOLD IT TIGHT BRING IT TO YOUR LIP SO THAT THE VICTORIES ARE NOT SPILLED OVER.
