Legal fund collection

Dear Editor,
I have seen a post from our learned friend Sh.H.K.Aggarwal in your P.C. today appealing to all delegates and leadership of AIRIEF to ignore mails from Sh. S.N.Chhabra and myself since the same are false.
I wish that Sh. Aggarwal will be there in person to make such an appeal .
We are simply asking one simple question for which they are not sending us any reply and in stead they are telling all the delegates well in advance that both S. N Chhabra and B.R.Mehta are 'false' persons.

• Let me repeat my simple question from our learned friend Sh. Aggarwal.
• In what capacity and under whose authorisation Sh. Aggarwal was making his frequent appeals to all LIC Pensioners to deposit legal fund in personal bank account of Sh.KML Asthana ALL India Vice President AIRIEF and which rule such legal fund donations become personal property of Sh.Asthana as only personal funds can remain unaccounted?

I will be personally obliged to Sh.Aggarwal ji in case he can justify his action before all delegates in upcoming AIRIEF GC at Banglore.
