Efforts yielding fruition




We are extremely happy to inform our readers that we are receiving very happy and quite encouraging reports following our call for a joint meeting of all the contesting parties of Pensioner organisations in our pension case before the hon'ble Supreme Court.  Shri B. Angurajan has contacted all the parties except Shri SK Kapahi and Shri GN Sridharan showing his willingness to plunge into action immediately.

Shri KML Asthana has already informed the LIC Pensioners Chronicle through his statement published in Chronicle columns on 1st October 2014 that he is prepared to have the meeting immediately after Navratri.

Now that Shri B. Angurajan has also indicated his willingness to take the initiative in the matter, it is clear that the cherished wish of the pensioners to confront the Supreme Court, LIC of India and the Government of India with one voice and in a unified manner is
