It is nice that Sri GN Sridharan has responded to the call of Sri MS Murty for support to
the prayer to
"Mention" of counsel, appearing for the respondents in
CA no 6995 of 2013, though it is not clear whether he will go for strong
similar prayer before the bench headed by Justice Dipak Misra.
It is felt that responding to this request by GNS and Asthanaji, if he so decides, may bring a fair chance of the Bench agreeing to for an out of turn hearing.
Last night, we from Kolkata requested GNS for extending his support.
