Deposit of cheque is normal practice

BR MEHTA, PANCHKULA  in an email message to
HK AGGARWAL explains:

I have to inform you that this is the normal procedure to be followed in court and virtually it is taken as amount having been deposited.

LIC has shown compliance of its undertaking by informing court through its forwarding letter giving details of amount payable to each petitioner plus one affidavit by Manager Legal plus a photo copy of cheque for total amount seeking court permission.

You will recollect that LIC did same thing at Jaipur High Court also  and now it is repeated here .
