In M C Jain case the ruling
"in peculiar facts and circumstances of the case we do not consider the present to be a fit case for our interferece under article 136 of Constitution of India. The SLP is dismissed."
is also a land mark ruling.
Will it have any impact in our case coming up on 12 08 2014? So also in Asthana's case on 21 07 2014 while adjourning the case by two weeks the Judge's remark that if LIC fails to reply within two weeks the case will be closed also is important verdict.
