This refers to the Memorandum submitted to Smt. Nirmala Sitaram, Hon'ble Minister of State, an act well done at the right time to appraise the concerned authority the plight of the LIC pensionrs. During the talk with her our representatives would have adequately exposed the appellant’s utter disregard to the several court orders, the deliberate filing of defective affidavits, enormous delay in filing counter affidavits and asking for condonation of delay, partial compliance of the Jaipur SBcourt order and seeking several adjournments by taking advantage of the long arm of the judiciary just to drag on the case to frustrate the petitioners. Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman would have understood the injustice done to the pensioners requiring her interference and any such act or assistance from her in our favour would act as a prelude when writ petition in the Jaipur HC filed for mandamus in implementation of the judgment given by Justice Bhandari on 12-1-2010 comes up for hearing.R.K.Viswanathan
