we hesitated....but we're publishing this letter since the issues discussed concern conduct of chandigarh case |
already.
There was a letter dated 8th June from Shri RBK stating interalia
A. Late Mr Gandhi's contribution towards the growth and progress of the federation.
B. The Chandigarh case pertains to the whole pensioners community.
C. Chandigarh petitioners deserved to be helped financially, and
D. You must not behave like a dictator.
I thanked RBK for writing that letter and though my problem was over.
But there came 3 letters from Mr Shri Astahna with lies and half truth and copies there of sent already to about 100 persons all over the country. You question my wisdom at 82 years age for replying those letters.
We have wasted enough energy and emotions and on discussing the peripheral issues knowingfully well what the real problem is. Let us think and act in a mature way.
My Solution:
Let the federation engage two senior advocates as best as we can afford to pay for, one each for Jaipur and Chandigarh. They should be properly briefed. Let the two advocates determine the strategy to achieve the same desired goal. This is an experts job, let them do it. If Mr Murty succeeds in his mission, Shri Dharn may fall in line.
Please examine and respond.
Yours faithfully
