Consequent on a mistake pointed out by Mr RK Sahni & Mr MM Bagga in the Mediclaim Premium Table prepared by me for Category II (Table A) for compulsory cover of Rs 4 lks. I have corrected the 2nd column of the said table (for subsidized premium for compulsory cover) in page 2. The corrected Ready Reckoner is attached. Kindly upload this copy in replacement of the earlier ones.
