IF ONLY WE JOINTLY FIGHT THE CASE 

Dear Sir,
RBI pensioners got their pension updation by the assertive action of the RBI
Governor Raghuram Rajan from mof. The law ministry agreed to implement pension updation of central govt pensioners effective from 1986 in the curative petition. So LIC pensioners associations if they jointly fight the case in SC can get Raj Hc order of   12-01-2010 implemented. Will they do it?
