I have come across the message of Sri CH Mahadevan with the following caption.
NOW ONLY 28 DAYS LEFT FOR EXERCISING MEDICLAIM OPTION.
How can it so happen when all CO circuars are available in JEEVAN SHANCHAR. OS Departments of some DOs are not aware of the circular, it is very difficult to believe. Gone are the days when the different departments used to wait for the circulars in print format.
