Something has gone terribly wrong - Shri M. Sreenivasa Murty.

A matter of concern because Hon. Justice Shri R.S.Chauhan's order dated 13-02-2014 is beyond anyone's easy comprehension. There's is slip between a cup and a lip simplifies that uncharitable incredulous tidings, happenings in life, more so inside a Court of justice.

Without prejudice or malice to anybody, a superficial reading of the order tends two otherwise distinct revelations for introspection.

Firstly, the order commences "The learned counsel for petitioner informs.....to withdraw.." Shri. Abhinav Sharma, Advocate (may through Shri Asthanaji) is the right person to clarify/ to mollify the agitated disturbed mind of pensioners and remove the distrust in courts nurtured by them because prolonged court proceedings and the latest not easily digestible happenings.

Secondly, the order concludes,"The liberty to file... granted." Shri Sharma (may through Shri Asthanaji) is the best person to convince all pensioners that all is not /nothing is lost, some 'technical hindrance - court's format', all's in command, within the reach, going to be in favour of pensioners /retirees in the nearest foreseeable future.
