Enjoy the dialogue in “ DAMINI “ and wait for three more weeks.

Strange ? No,
 that's all in the game...
In the words of Asthanaji  the learned judge gave a warning to LIC that no further adjournment will be given  and next step would be only issuing a warrant and so there cannot be any more dilly dallying when the next hearing comes after 3 weeks. The adjournment was sought perhaps at the instance of MOF to get more time for some more legal experts opinion which of course will be at the expense of the policy holders' money. All legal experts ganging up cannot change law and make it topsy-turvy.

Having known the policy paralysis which the GOI is suffering, there is no use of parroting on the  much hyped “ NATIONAL LITIGATION POLICY “  which glitters on the paper but later gathering dust. It is futile to waste our time and energy writing to the MPs, for 120 of them sitting in Parliament have criminal records and many of them do not attend the sessions regularly.

Suffice to say enjoy the dialogue by Sunny Deol in the film ‘ DAMINI ‘ getting it translated if you cannot understand Hindi, be cheerful, and wait for 3 weeks hoping that there is no calamity for the judge to excuse his absence nor of the pleading counsels, for strange are the ways our judiciary functions.
