Who will issue a Circular ?

RAJASTHAN HC CONTEMPT CASE ADJOURNED
FOR 3 WEEKS.

---------

Here are much quoted dialogues by Sunny Deol ..who appears as an Advocate in the climax court room scene of a socially relevant Hindi film "DAMINI" .. When Hon'ble Judge was going to give another adjournment,  Sunny Deol intervenes and laments:
"My Lord ! taarikh dene se pahle main kuchh aarz karna chahoonga...
Pehli taarikh pe kaha gaya ki Damini paagal hai........
doosri taarikh se pahle Urmi kaa khoon ker diya gaya...
......Aaz aap fir  tarikh de rahe hain.....
My Lord......Naa to koi sachai ke liye larhne wala rahega
aur naa hi insaaf maangne wala...
reh jayegi sirf taarikh...
Aur yahi hota aya hai My Lord....
Taarikh pe taarikh.....taarikh pe taarikh....taarikh pe taarikh....taarikh pe taarikh...
milti hai sirf taarikh....lekin insaaf nahin milta My Lord...insaaf nahin milta.. milti hai sirf taarikh...
Kanoon ke dalalon ne taarikh ko ek hathiyar ki tarah istemaal kiya hai My Lord.............
Log mur zatey hain....reh zati hai sirf tarikh.....
Log insaf ke liye apni zamin bech detey hain...aurten apne gahne bech deti hain...milti hai sirf taarikh...
Maheeno...saalon Court ke chakker lagatey lagatey kai fariyadi....
bun zatey hain sirf taarikh......".
(No punch intended though out of about 45000 pensioners, about 13000 have already died .... )
S.P.SOOD

Adjourned again - 3 weeks.
Must be on the request of Ministry of Finance.  Our "Arthshashtries "(sitting in  the Ministry of Finance) are getting smarter and smarter.  They take no time in revising their own Pension, may be for Central Govt employees or Members of Parliament.
But  at the same time they have forgotten,  Banking and Insurance are the pillars of industries.  It is the contribution of old Pensioners whereby LIC and GIC and Banking Sector have reached  at such great heights as on date.  But the few peoples sitting at key position are holding on the legitimate rights of Pensioners.
God, give them "satmati" to take the decision in the right directions.  Existing seniors sitting at LIC will realise only when some day they become Pensioners.  By non revising the Pension on revision of Pay Scales as on date earlier retired Senior Officials of LIC are drawing much lessor Pension as compared to currently retired Assistant.  This is a matter of record which needs to be understood by our FM and more so by the persons responsible for holding LIC Pensioners dues.
Can not we smell something fishy in adjournment.
