The honourable Judge of High Court had felt sorry on 29th November to adjourn the case to 3rd December 2013. All the pensioners spent exceptionally very long four days and nights with the hope of hearing the final and favorable crucible justice – (severally examined in High Courts and the Supreme Court – for more than a decade and none in disagreement for updation of pension etc.) redelivered by the honourable Judge.
Oh, yet another sad day for LIC pensioner. Ad-judgement did not see the light of the day; adjourned yet again, may be for the-umpteenth time.
Shri S.P.Sood has recaptured that riveting court melodramatic real life situation in Damini. Everyone who had seen that movie gem must have seen the elaborate court scene re-screened by Shri Sood for the pensioners, viewers caught in a similar situation. The portrayal is as if Sunny Deol –‘on live show ‘-in front of every body’s mind’s eyes, ‘ Taarikh pe taarikh…' Sunny Deol’s impeccable every word delivery reverberating. It was as if, Sunny Deol was speaking for and on behalf of 45000 LIC pensioners, living/surviving and died due to old age etc. - all they, longing for justice for long.
Eyes of many , who read today or read later Shri Sood's write up posted in LIC Pensioners Chronicle on 03-12-2013 would be filled with tears or would be wet , moist.
