......After every court pronouncement...since January, 2010.... we have celebrated..... A wise man has aptly said, " LIFE HAS MEANING ONLY IN STRUGGLE. TRIUMPH OR DEFEAT IS IN THE HANDS OF GODS SO LET US CELEBRATE AND STRUGGLE" (of-course our Gods are sitting in the Apex Court ) . And it is apparent that Hon'ble Apex Court also believes in this philosophy.
Otherwise what prevents them from passing unambiguous and clear orders ? "Delay condoned....Leave Granted....Prayer ( of LIC ) for Interim Relief is rejected...these were the SC orders dated 19th Aug. with regard to SLP filed by LIC against Chandigarh HC Orders. AND precisely the same story in the case of Jaipur ......SLPs of LIC are dismissed.. stay not granted......
You are delivering justice or denying justice...but who can ask this question.....
Sir, we will celebrate even if Hon'ble Supreme forthrightly dismisses the case of Pensioners who are in the age group of 70, 80 and above. We know we struggled and at every level we won..... it is only the hidden powers ( of Gods sitting in the Apex Court ) which are bent upon denying us the fruits of long struggle. In childhood we used to hear a story of a King who ordered an accused to be hanged, but when the loop did not fit accused's neck, the King ordered to find such a person whose neck is as per the loop.......and justice was done.
