| It looks as if we have finally decided to take monies from LIC as per Jaipur verdict settlement leaving LIC appeal to SC annals - elsewhere editor's top story gathers dust ! |
- Coming as it does from a person practicing in the bar Asthana's clarification on the dismissed SLP and the liberty given to LIC to appeal gains unquestionable importance. Having lost their case successively in various stages and in different courts what is left for LIC to appeal is the question lingering in every pensioner's lip. Come OCTOBER 22 you will get an answer. Facts will remain as facts and it cannot change.
