Law and emotions are differrent

In reference to A V Subbaraman's, Coimbatore Division, comment, let me clarify that SC decision of not staying is a routine step unless the appeal is decided. It is necessary to know what LIC's appeal in SC stands for. Is it not  "absurd" that Rajasthan High Court will supercede  SC in making proceedings and delivering judgement on contempt when the same matter is subjudice by way  challenge in SC. Is not unprecedented?
Can Mr.Subbaraman show me a single case law  in support of his argument?
Law and emotion are different,  when we'll realise it.
