CONTEMPT PETITION IN RAJ HC AND LIC'S OPTIONS

A layman's doubt about latest SC orders and our efforts
to get the SB judgement of Rajasthan High Court
implemented through contempt case.

Suppose the pensioners were to wrest out a favourable order from the Raj HC for implementation of single bench order and LIC have to shell out a heavy payment to the
petitioners, will there not be an option to
LIC to rush to SC to get a stay of such order than to simply obey the order of Raj HC
and wait indefinitely for their civil appeal to be decided in SC?
Will any legal pundit give a clarification on this layman's doubt.
