With reference to Basudeb Das, I would like to inform you that the SC has not stayed the order or executionof the judgement dt 12 10 2010 of RAJ HC under challenge. Hence the judgement continues to be binding and effective between the parties. Hence I do not subscribe to his apprehension and hope today's judgement will be in our favour and implemented by God's grace
