Further to my email on LIC SLPs dismissal on 8.8.2013, as I predicted LIC has lost no time to avail the concession given by SC in it's order to restore the status quo position of their case as it existed prior to 8.8.2013 and thus nullified the favourable effect of its order for the pensioners.
Now we are back to square one and re-start the game involving enormous financial burden to the poor pensioners and very little valuable life time left before aged and the infirm.
God only has to help the hapless pensioners.
