The Special Leave Petition against Judgment of Punjab & Haryana High Court stands adjourned by two weeks - Writ Petition before Kerala High Court will be listed before the end of this month. The circular dated 10th July 2013 of the Federation of Retd. Class I Officers Associations also says: "It is an undeniable fact that right from January 2010 pensioners have been made to live on hopes that the pending SLPs would be decided in our favour. No doubt, we shall definitely be happy if they are dismissed but actually the situation is getting more complicated."
