Hereafter a pensioner can confidently approach the Manager (OS) for any information or help with regard to his pension, pension related matters, medi-claim or such other matters. In case of any confusion any time as to who should make available the required services, guidance or help, a pensioner can approach him directly. With the clarification which the Chairman has given now,it is hoped, Manager (OS) will gladly come forward and help all our pensioners.
We request our Executive Director (Personnel) to issue a circular giving this clarification so that the Central Office circular could be referred to in case of any need for the same in future.
