GNS DEMANDS IMPLEMENTATION OF DELHI HC JUDGMENT...

SHRI G.N. SRIDHARAN has forwarded the Delhi HC judgment to LIC.  

He has demanded that since three High Courts viz. Delhi, Rajasthan as also Punjab & Haryana High Courts have clearly held that there can be no discrimination in granting full DR between pre and post 1-8-1997 retirees,

 *  LIC should either implement its own resolution passed by the Board 12 years ago on 
24-11-2001, or 

  *  move the Government to notify the decision on DR immediately.
