A very hearty and welcome news as to the SC direction to the LIC counsel to file an affidavit giving details of the amount remitted in the Jaipur HC and more especially the amount remitted towards Pension revision and if no amount was remitted the reasons for not remitting the same.
It is a shame for a big financial institution to say that they have not remitted the amount as directed by the Jaipur HC for no reason whatsoever which further admonishes the contemnors and now they have to break their head as to how to wriggle out of it having been pushed to the wall and with no chance of escape.
They have played all their trump cards and nothing more is left in their hand. Hail Asthana.
