Happy to note the favourable judg of Delhi HC. Shri Asthana's comment is to get credit based on Jaipur HC judg; he may be right,but to my humble opinion,his case is more or less Individual or for petitioners only (at present), whereas that of sridharan is non Individual, applicable to whole mass, and that is great... Is'nt it so?
