QUOTED ABOVE was a ray of hope - a promise given from your side. But

nothing happened. After 2011, now 2012 is coming to a close. We do

not blame you for the same. Court cases do consume time.

 

But how is it that application for impleadment of a party is going to delay

the case by 3 or 4 years. Court may allow or dismiss such a request.

 

But once this is done, normally there is no reason for delay in deciding the

issue by 3 or 4 years.
