pending in Supreme
Court......

"I have information from Shri C.H. Mahadevan of Hyderabad that he
has contacted Justice Rangarajan of AP High Court and discussed
about the transfer application of GNS

.....as to what impact it will have on the SLP which is pending
disposal in SC.....

His opinion is that it will not interfere with the SLP and
would perhaps hasten its hearing."

I agree, nothing is going to adversely affect our case with the mere transfer.  But the

 

background cannot be lost sight of.  Once the cases are transferred, then only application for

 

clubbing the same with the SLP will be moved.  -  KML Asthana.
