Chandigarh developments

Dear Editor,

Happy to inform all concerned that LIC had moved one CM petition at Chandigarh High Court seeking withdrawal of an amount of approx Rs 34 lacs lying as a deposit there so that 40 % of same can be paid to its petitioners and this CM was clubbed with our main case of our pending contempt petition which came up for hearing yesterday 5th May.

Under the expert guidance of our Case Manager Sh. Sreenivasa Murty, our counsel Sh. Umesh Narang could expose LIC mischief and hence an order was dictated by Justice Rajesh Bindal yesterday evening around 4.20 pm at Court no 9 stating that said withdrawal is permitted for releasing payment as per Supreme Court Judgement dated 31.03.2016.

Regards,
B.R.Mehta
