There are several possibilities in our matters today.
1. If any Party does not want the hearing to commence today, he may mention at 10.30 about the agreed listing for 17th, i.e., tomorrow. Court may agree, disagree, or direct the mention to be made when our turn comes.
2. If 17th does not suit somebody, anything may happen. Much depends upon SGI, who opted for 17th.
