The Cause List for 16th is released. Our Cases appear at Sl 103 (3rd) with 5 Miscellaneous cases for the day.
On enquiry with LIC Counsel by Mr Jay Savla, Advocate for the Chandigarh Petitioners, he was told that LIC Counsel, 'may' mention at 10.30 that the matters were agreed to be listed on 17th. If mentioned, whether it will be agreed to or anybody else proposes anything, is not known now.
If the cases are not listed and if the final hearing does not commence on 17th, we are in for bigger disappointment, as the Court is on Holi vacation from 19th to 27th inclusive.
