As per the SC Weekly list uploaded today, our cases are listed for 16th. The next date was actually agreed to be 17th in the open Court, on the SGI informing the Court that he is not free on 16th due to a Special Bench sitting before whom he has to appear.
This could be a program error in the registry. If it is not corrected by the time the daily list for 16th is uploaded, mention may be made on 16th on behalf of SGI/LIC to shift the matters to the next day viz., 17th.
